America’s Cup Defender of 1995. Built by Goetz Custom Boatworks, Bristol, RI for the San Diego Yacht Club Syndicate, Dennis Connors Skipper, she was defeated by Black Magic 5-0.. Waterline lift hull construction of basswood, fully painted, per original color scheme and graphics. Mr. Taheri contributed the elaborate reproduction of the 1994 Roy Lichtenstein graphic design depicting his methodical Mermaid, which flowed from the bow to the stern of the yacht, This multicolored art work was painted in artist oils and finished to a high gloss presentation.
